Art

Art on Purpose Program Director Beth Barbush collects and composes audio stories and photographs from and about Middle East Baltimore residents and community leaders.  The photographs and words will be compiled as a book including an audio CD insert.

Purpose

By sharing residents’ experiences in Baltimore’s Middle East neighborhood as the community goes through a renewal process that includes massive dislocation and displacement for the residents, stories that otherwise would be lost are saved.
